ABOUT THE ARTIST
Emy Papasideris is a self-taught abstract artist with collectors across the globe. Her work is inspired by the majesty of the universe and the wonders therein. She believes that bringing a painting into being where before there was only a blank canvas can be a profound experience and testament to the power of human existence.

Emy works primarily with oils and alcohol inks; two extremely different mediums yet both gorgeous in their own right. Abstract themes infuse everything she creates, an elevation from the physical form that offers a unique freedom to all senses.

Variety is another hallmark of the human expression that features heavily in her pieces: deft, bold colors that leap out of the dark; soft, dreamy fades; electric bursts of potency; all are found in her work.

Always, Emy strives to capture things not often visible to the naked eye, such as courage, or fortitude, or hope; beneficial, strengthening qualities that make art cherished by more than just the eye.
