All artwork ships out within five (5) business days, unless otherwise stated in the Product Info section of a listing. Commissioned art ships when it has cured. For more information on commission timings, please click here.

For maximum longevity, keep the artwork out of direct sunlight and away from areas with great humidity, steam, or smoke, such as in the bathroom, over the stove or above an active fireplace. Clean with a dry cloth with very gentle strokes or a feather duster.

Our studio is located in picturesque Hudson Valley, New York.

Ready-made artwork can be returned within seven (7) days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Artwork on sale or marked "Final Sale" is nonrefundable. All custom artwork is nonrefundable.

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days with photos of the artwork and the packaging it arrived in, and we will reach out with the best course of action.

If your order is missing you will need to file a claim with your local USPS. We are not liable for missing packages, but please contact us about this unfortunate (but rare) situation.
